TMTP LEADERSHIP
Founding Artistic DirectorBILL RUDMAN
is an educator, broadcaster, producer and founder of The Musical Theater Project. As TMTP’s Artistic Director, he has created more than 100 concerts and cabarets that celebrate and share musical theater as a uniquely American art form. His radio programs, “Footlight Parade” and “On the Aisle,” are heard across the country on public radio stations, Public Radio Exchange (prx.org) and Sirius XM Satellite Radio. In 1983, he and New York author Ken Bloom co-founded Harbinger Records, a label that has won critical praise for albums devoted to the American musical and the Great American Songbook; the label is now a division of TMTP. In 2000 he became the first recipient of the Robert Bergman Award for his work in arts education and community outreach.

Managing DirectorTRACEY DWYER
is a leader in nonprofit management whose professional background includes multi-faceted positions in theater, strategy, and creative business solutions. Her passion for deepening human experience through the arts initially led to her to a career in ballet, contemporary dance, and musical theater throughout Australia, Canada, and the U.S. Later, Tracey’s experience in business management brought her to United Way, YMCA, The American Dance Institute, and most recently, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She was a teaching artist at Case Western reserve University for thirteen years, and has had the privilege of being selected as a Creative Workforce Fellow through the Community Partnership for Arts and Culture (now Arts Cleveland) for her contributions to arts and medicine. She has also been instrumental in developing and implementing holistic and artist-centered programs that offer high-level niche and inclusive client and audience experiences. Tracey holds an B.A. from Cleveland University and an M.B.A. from Ohio University.

Director of Active LearningJODI MAILE KIRK
is an arts educator, director and actor who has worked extensively in Northeast Ohio theater for more than 25 years. Jodi formerly served as Director of Theater at Laurel School, Associate Artistic Director at Near West Theater and as the director of the school residency program at Great Lakes Theater. She is a graduate of the University of Mount Union and earned her M.A. in Theater from Bowling Green State University. As a theater educator, she has taught and worked with Cleveland School of the Arts, Lorain County Community College, Cleveland Signstage and BGSU. Director of Development
HEIDI LANG has 20 years of experience in development. Most recently, she was the development manager for the American Lung Association in Ohio, where her focus was on signature fundraising events. She has also worked locally with the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center, overseeing their gala fundraiser, and with the American Cancer Society on multiple high profile events. Prior to her return to the Cleveland area, she spent five years in Washington, D.C., as the chief development officer for St. Ann's Infant and Maternity Home, a 160-year-old nonprofit supporting at-risk children. Associate Artistic DirectorNANCY MAIER
is a music director, vocal coach and accompanist who spent years in New York City honing her skills in these areas while doing nightclub work as a singer/pianist. Nancy served as the former music director/coach of the acclaimed music theater program at Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory of Music under the direction of Victoria Bussert. She has also music directed for Cain Park, Great Lakes Theater, Porthouse Theatre, Cleveland Play House, Beck Center and Karamu House.

Director of MarketingJOANNA MAY CULLINAN
joined TMTP in September 2014. She has worked in marketing and outreach positions for Cleveland arts organizations including Cain Park, Mercury Theatre Company and Beck Center for the Arts. Joanna graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University with a BA in theater and attended the graduate studies program in arts administration from the University of Akron. She also attended the National Cabaret Conference at Yale University where she worked with multiple Tony Award nominees and MAC award winners. Joanna is a local stage director and is the artistic director of Cain Park.
