Musicals on stage and screen are an important and evolving reflection of American popular culture. TMTP’s school and community outreach programs encourage participants to explore the major elements of a musical (singing, dancing and acting) and help students of all ages use the themes of both classic and contemporary works to find personal relevance in the art form.
